Hi Everyone again,
I am in a workshop at Rodney Bay Marina attempting to upload all the pics I took of the boat and the damage. I can't write the story but I will try and put a comment on each pic, this will be a marathon exercise, hears hoping I am successful. They start here with pic No. 1, its starts inside the boat as that is were the camera was at the time.

What a horrifying sight that greeted me |
many views |
and seeing the work I was going to have to repair was hart breaking |
The smashed hull from outside |
I just couldn't get my head round the fact I had cleared customs and was leaving that morning |
then I started to rip out the wood |
The boat that hit me was totaled |
centre console ripped out |
and the forward storage hatch ripped in half |

both the water tank filler hose and fuel filling hose had to be removed |
more wood coming off |
and more |
The hole gets bigger and bigger |
looking out from inside |
the corner off my bed now exposed and the porthole which had been missing thought to have fell in the sea was found |
nearly all the wood removed |

whilst waiting for the wood to arrive all furniture was removed sanded and varnished |
the wood ordered got lost in Puerto Rico for five weeks so re-varnishing was started |
I took loads of pics usually as I finished work for the day as it went too dark to see |
started the sanding and filling of both hull sides were I could |

then the wood arrived and first job was make new frames |

then spieling the new planks after getting them the right size first |
The planks 4 x 2 1/2" x 7 foot |
first 2 trial fitted |
then all 4 and drilling the fastening holes |

then when dry the painting of port side began with the priming coat |
